And customer support is crap,been messaging them for two days about maybe changing the settings or lot size of ea but no reply from them.
There ea is based on martingale it starts buying in downtrend,where it should be selling,and it stops buying after 7 position no matter how deep market falls and it wont take loss it just keeps loss making positions open untill you hit ftmo 5% loss limit.
Utter crap do not buy anything from them.
